This site is operated by Yair Asch-Resnick, Aliyat HaNoar 31, Givatayim, Israel. Placing an order on this site means you agree to these terms.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Israeli shekels (ILS) and include VAT. Payment is made on the secure payment page of the payment provider; card details are not stored on this site. A receipt is emailed to you after payment.

Delivery and pickup

Orders can be picked up in Givatayim by arrangement at no cost, or shipped to your home for the fee shown on the product page. Preparation and delivery take up to 14 business days from payment. If there is a delay, I will let you know.

Cancellations and returns

You may cancel a purchase under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, within 14 days of receiving the item, by email or phone. The item must be returned in its packaging and in the condition it arrived, at the customer's expense. The amount paid is refunded minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ILS 100, whichever is lower. An item that arrives damaged or different from the order is replaced or fully refunded, with no fee.

Privacy

The details you give when ordering are used only to fulfil the order, ship it and issue a receipt, and are not shared with anyone except the payment provider.
